About INCspire
The INCspire Education Foundation, a 501(c)3 not-for-profit subsidiary of the Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce provides business education, support, and mentorship to startup and emerging businesses in Fairfax County. Founded in 2000 as a incubator program, the Foundation graduated over 130 companies that have created over $50 million in equity. INCspire continues to provided education and mentorship through its monthly Business Education Series, the annual BizMaker Grant Program, and yearlong collaborations with regional industry leaders and subject matter experts.
BizMaker Grant Program
The BizMaker Grant Program promotes inclusive entrepreneurship and a diversity of economic opportunities for businesses committed to job creation and revenue generation within Fairfax County. Applicants will have an opportunity to submit details regarding an innovative product, design, service, or technology that they are looking to develop and/or expand. Benefits of the BizMaker Grant Program include:
- Opportunity to receive a grant award of up to $15,000
- Introduction to the program sponsors
- Complimentary registration to select Greater Reston Chamber events
- Ability to meet, and network with, Fairfax County business and community leaders
- Professional mentorship from experienced industry leaders

Business Education Series
The Business Education Series (BES) supports the educational needs of our local business community. These monthly, workshop-oriented classes are offered free of charge and are designed to focus on key business areas and offer easily implementable advice and solutions. All BES sessions are conducted virtually and are available for on-demand viewing through the Greater Reston Chamber’s YouTube channel.
